The Bell at Ticehurst

In June, over the Queens Jubilee Weekend, I had the pleasure of shooting Sam and Matt’s lovely wedding at The Bell in Ticehurst.

I’ve known Sam for years, when I first started out shooting she was one of the first people I worked with and we’d stayed in touch ever since. It was really rewarding to come full circle like this.

Their wedding was fully amped up with so much detail and it really settled in well with the location.

We used The Bell at Ticehurt for couple photos and later on, Ticehurst itself – which is such a quiet village!

It was also the first time I’ve seen confetti on a catwalk so that was an experience… everything was amazing. Their music in the evening was a mixtures of 90’s and 00’s hits sang by the band who were present for most of the day.

I’ve always wanted to shoot at The Bell in Ticehurst and I couldn’t think of a better way to do so.
