It’s always exciting to go to new places and when it comes to shooting a wedding, a venue like The Pear tree.

Ellen and Alex’s choice of location for their wedding was a bit of a gift creatively. It’s pretty much purpose built for wedings. Ellens room was custom built for getting ready in. The library acted as a perfect place for Alex and the guys to hang around in and everywhere was light, bright and airy. Perfect for photos.

Beyond this a short walk away was the vineyard, a huge tunnel of Buddleja davidii and some towering meadow grasses perfect for photos at Sunset.

I had a great time. Everything went perfectly with Ellen and Alex full of laughter and smiles all day.
