Andaz Hotel Wedding Confetti throw

Emily and Dan’s wedding was an unforgettable celebration of love, laughter, and lively Irish spirit, held at the stunning Andaz Hotel in London. With 75 of their closest friends and family in attendance, the day was as warm and welcoming as it was grand.

Emily’s morning began in the luxurious Andaz Design Suite, where I had the privilege of meeting her lovely family. It was a serene start to the day, a perfect balance to the excitement ahead. Meanwhile, Dan prepared in a separate suite, surrounded by his groomsmen and the usual buzz of pre-ceremony anticipation.

The ceremony itself took place in the Bishopsgate and Chancery room, an elegant and intimate setting that was ideal for the heartfelt vows the couple exchanged. From there, the day flowed seamlessly into the evening with speeches, dinner, and dancing in the breathtaking 1901 Ballroom. This space, with its grandeur and charm, set the perfect scene for a celebration filled with love and laughter.

After the ceremony, we ventured out for photos around Liverpool Street. Emily and Dan had a clear vision of where they wanted to go, and I happily followed their lead to capture moments at their favourite spots. One highlight of the day was taking portraits in the Masonic Temple, a hidden gem within the Andaz. Its Grecian-style grandeur, marble details, and zodiac-inspired gold ceiling provided a dramatic and unique backdrop.

The atmosphere of the day was everything you’d hope for from a big Irish wedding—lively, loud, and full of joy. By the time the evening unfolded, the dance floor was alive, and the celebratory spirit of the guests was undeniable. It was truly the perfect wedding to be part of, and one I won’t soon forget.
